BOX FIT
Training with a partner and focus mitts to develop coordination through boxing combinations and defensive moves.

30-minute HIIT workout combining weights and plyometric exercises to increase strength and endurance.

Low-impact class using resistance bands and hand weights for core conditioning and muscle toning.

CORE 50
Postural training workout to improve overall abdominal and back strength.

Fun cardiovascular workout dancing to the beat of Latin music.

Cycling

STAGES CYCLING
An interactive big-screen experience that allows you to race against yourself and/or other members, monitor your heart rate, perform FTP testing, complete real-world routes and train with the support and encouragement of fellow members and an enthusiastic cycling instructor.

Les Mills RPM™
Incorporates great music, climbs, hill rides and sprints on a stationary bicycle.

Mind & Body

Les Mills BODYBALANCE®
A mixture of yoga, tai chi and pilates which builds flexibility, core strength and posture.

FLEX 50
Stretch class to improve joint mobility, flexibility and breath control. Ideal for mature audiences. All levels.

FORM 50
A fun low-impact workout to improve fitness and coordination through a variety of strength, balance and agility exercises. Ideal for mature audiences.

AQUA
