Squash

Playing squash provides an intense cardiovascular workout where a player could burn up to 4,000kJ in just an hour. It’s an excellent upper and lower body workout making good use of the legs to run around the court and the arms and torso to swing the racquet.

For a faster-paced game with more bounce than squash, racquetball can also be played with a shorter and wider racquet and a larger ball.
