The ultimate workout building strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support the core. Great to improve functional training and assist in injury prevention. This class runs as a 30 minute and 45 minute workout.
High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique which will give you short bursts of exercise followed by short active recovery periods, to maximise fat burn and keep the heart rate elevated.
Full body interval training workout using barbells and dumb bells. Perfect for beginners to advanced. Great for strength training and fat loss.
Fast workout with choreographed moves on and around the step to develop cardiovascular fitness and coordination.
Tabata is high intensity training that consists of 8 sets of 20 second intervals of fast paced exercises with a brief rest periods throughout. It's great for keeping your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Les Mills BODYBALANCE®
Combining tai chi, pilates and yoga, this class incorporates core strength, flexibility and mind-body movement.
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that's said to be located at the base of your spine.
Specialised mat exercises to improve core stability, abdominal and back strength, flexibility, and posture.

Cardiovascular bodyweight workout designed to train the heart, muscles and bones. Ideal for injury recovery.
