Catering for meetings and events from four to over 250 guests, our function rooms feature complimentary Wi-Fi and multi-media facilities, floor to ceiling windows and great views over the Domain, Centre Court and the Auckland city skyline.
Our facilities are ideal for a vast array of events including cocktail parties, meetings, private dinners, presentations, seminars, conferences and weddings. There are also opportunities for team building such as our ‘Fitness for Functions’ packages with all day access to the club’s facilities and motivational activities for your guests.
Meetings
Located on Level 2 overlooking Centre Court, the Boardroom seats up to ten guests around a boardroom table. This room is used as the media centre during the annual tennis events and provides a unique venue for your next meeting with both privacy and comfort.
Parties
Our Domain Rooms and gorgeous outdoor spaces are perfect for pre-function drinks and special photographic memories. We can seat up to 150 guests or cocktails up to 250. From canapés on arrival to a buffet or three course dinners, our award winning chefs will ensure your guests are left with great memories of your special day. We specialise in tailor made weddings, events and celebrations to meet your individual requirements and work with quality vendors to ensure your every need is met.

Next Gen Auckland Domain is the destination for your next corporate event. Perfect for Seminars, Meetings, Conferences, Working Lunches, Product Launches, Cocktail Parties and Team Building. Each room has Wi-Fi and multimedia facilities, with multiple packages available, including Daily Delegates with all-day room hire, tea and coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea. You also have the option to add team building options like tennis, mental focus workshops, or all day access to the Club’s facilities.
