Career Highlight

I have been a personal trainer in Hong Kong since 2005. I worked in few commercial gym centers, private fitness studios and a Muay Thai club. I am good at assisting my clients with gaining an exercise routine, improving posture, improving physical and fitness levels and managing weights. I got my Sport and Exercise Diploma in 2015 in Hong Kong and have now completed my Sport and Exercise Science Degree at University of Canberra.
